Message correct placement of the factory determined harmonic dynamic colored dot on the tire to the correct radial runout position on the rim. Rim should have a radial runout mark that can be measured and match mounted to the harmonic dynamic colored dot on the tire. All performance tires are harmonic dynamic run and marked at the factory. Performance rims also are marked to locate the radial mark to match mount the tire to.

Most shops not in the know align the tire dot to where the air valve is as a quick assembly - not usually correct.

Forced road balance is certainly a way to help but match mounting will go a long way to aid in that process.

As a quick look jack up the tire and at least see if it rotates without excessive radial out of round. Any out of round on the tire should be minimal see manual below.
